From 1 September, TransGrid Solutions (TGS) will operate under the Ramboll name.

TGS has been part of Ramboll since August 2025, and this marks the final step in our integration. All client work, contracts, and invoicing will now be under Ramboll.

Over the past year, we have worked closely together with our new colleagues at Ramboll to deliver high-quality services to clients in support of the energy transition and the expansion of the power system. The transition to the Ramboll brand reflects our united capabilities, expanded access to global expertise, and a stronger, end-to-end offering for our clients.

Mohamed Rashwan, Managing Director of TGS, says: “With the transition to the Ramboll brand, we close a chapter, but we also open a new one.
